El servicio se ofrece por un precio económico y cuando va bien, es genial. Eso sí, si tienes una incidencia jamás responden al chat o a los medios de contacto. En ese sentido estoy muy descontenta, tengo dos bultos que no se han podido entregar por causas ajenas a mi voluntad y es un dinero perdido.

¿Podría ponerse en contacto con nosotros a través del chat de soporte y explicarnos cuál es el problema? Tras comprobar y leer sus tickets, todos los paquetes se entregaron en las taquillas seleccionadas para que el destinatario los recogiera. La información relativa a la dirección de las taquillas y los códigos PIN se había enviado por SMS al destinatario.
El último pedido que está en tránsito se entregará hoy y se dejará en la taquilla que se seleccionó durante el proceso de reserva.

Fast delivery - great service
In the booking process the delivery is indicated to occur after 2-3 working days. It took place after 8 working days. Meanwhile, there was no possibility at all to know when the packages would be delivered.
The box has arrived broken and with part of the contents broken inside as well.
