Creo que ecoparcel ofrece un servicio bueno. Sin embargo, si tienes alguna incidencia, estás vendido. En el chat nunca responde nadie. Para el envío 5R499D01 no se me genera la etiqueta y se me va a pasar el plazo para entregar el paquete. Por favor, ofrezcan un soporte de ayuda que funcione. ¿Podrían generar la etiqueta?
