I registered a new parcel, paid and got s confirmation of payment. But no shipping label so I asked the AI-robot why and it said the order was cancelled. I have not got any information why and complained to the robot and it rewerted that it could not answer and that it had sent it to support to answer, but no-one has contacted me yet..
