The courier failed to show up for the parcel pickup, so I had to cancel the order and we were hit with a €6 fee for nothing. On top of that, their customer support line is completely dead—no one is answering our calls.
Everything perfect...they have a small delay but they update every day. Thank You very much for your sevice!

Order has been cancelled due to restricted goods, as informed by email by the freight team.
In order to request a refund, please click "Refund Request" in My Orders section and the refund will be processed.
They picked up packages that weren't mine. As a result, packages that weren't mine were delivered. No refund. I spent money for nothing.
Seemed very good, did what they said they would do. Not expensive. I would use again
