Last parcel, everything perfect. Parcel before that, disregard, since we were 'coned, and sending party is not answering our phones. Keep the money, that for the effort to try to pick-up this shippment (before last) twice.
Not great this time. Delivery was quite badly delayed and there was a lack of communication/information regarding the situation.
