Do not use ecoparcel. They lost track of one of my parcels and there is no way to talk to them. They have only messages for customer support and they answer after days. And their answers never give you the info you need. It is a complete scum. Avoid at every cost. I requested to receive my parcels into a locker. After a month they sent me an email telling “parcel delivered to the consignee, (they did not have my hone address) signed from nobody”. And that is for them the proof that they delivered. Worse experience ever!
Todo genial y perfecto, llegaron las cajas en el tiempo indicado. Una cajan la habian abierto pero supongo que los de control de aduanas. Pero ecoparcel todo genial! Trayecto entre España e Irlanda
