With high rates the service is very slow. I order their service 3 times and all 3 times was worried on the update on my parcel live tracking.

I knew about Ecoparcel recently and I have already arranged with them there shipments and everything has been easy and delivered in time. So at least this change I Will continue using! Cost is lower than other companies I used to book with so good for the customers so good for business too.
