It got there in the end but not particularly communicative to start with. Especially the courier who gave a pick-up date but didn't confirm it. Good value and tracking was easy and detailed.
The service is terrible. I canceled two orders a week ago, the courier still came to pick them up. It is still impossible to issue a refund
