The parcel supposed to go from Rome (Italy) to Groningen (Netherlands) was blocked for 4 days in Barcelona and nobody in Ecoparcel was able to explain why. Furthermore, the parcel was supposed to be delivered on 28 April was delivered on 30 April, 2 days later than expected. Ecoparcel is sometime the cheapest but the quality of the services is not very good, I must confess.
