I'd rate 0 if that was possible. No one came to my place, despite the payment for the service Door to Door. They send me a sms saying that I should deliver my 2 heavy packages in another town. I lost €-53,73 because of GLS

Bad costumer service, charged me for two orders Made two duplicates orders because the website did not work properly. I notified ecoparcel the same day about the duplicated order, asking them to cancel one. Ecoparcel did not cancel one of the order, besides stated they collected the two orders. Even if I asked them to cancel one of the orders now they said they collected the two orders, 10 boxes even if I just had 5 boxes. The officer who assisted me said they checked again and 10 boxes were collected which it is impossible.
