You didn't put the right place to be able to send the package. It took me a week to find it. I will never use your service again.

Please allow me to clarify the situation:
You selected our Locker2Door service for a shipment from Belgium to the Netherlands. The parcel was dropped off at the ParcelShop yesterday and successfully delivered today, thereby achieving next-day delivery.
If you were unable to locate the ParcelShop address at the time of drop-off, please note that you chose your preferred ParcelShop when placing an order.
You can also find the “Locker/ParcelShop Address” for each order by visiting the My Orders section.
Transporation took 3 days

Excellent service. Courrier picking up the parcel called 2 days in advance to schedule collection. At receival driver was very kind and called also in advance. A bit of challenges finding the delivery place but very kind and patient. Excellent service!
