Pick up was okay, but I did not receive any emails informing me about the date/ time of delivery. On the expected delivery day, I waited at home all day, only to find the package in front of the door. It had been delivered but nobody rang the doorbell or sent an email that it was delivered, until hours later.

Please check your email settings. The status out for delivery was set at 21 May 2025 - 07:36. Additionally, we can see that an email informing about the delivery was sent to the receiver's email address on 21 May 2025 - 08:11.
As the delivery phone provided was Romanian, unfortunately, SMS was not sent as only local phone numbers are contacted at the time of the delivery.
Apart from that, all necessary information is available at https://track.ecoparcel.eu or via the section "My Orders".

Terrible customer service and poor organisation on ecoparcel's side. The shipping company managed to fix the mess they created. I would have cancelled otherwise. We are talking about a 1,500 EURO shipment. Never trusting them again.

It appears that the first shipment from Portugal to Belgium was completed without issue.
Regarding the second booking from Belgium to Portugal, our tracking shows that the courier attempted collection but was unsuccessful.
I see you have requested a collection cancellation and a refund.
The cancellation of this booking was accepted, and the refund has been issued.
