Siamo contenti che i pacchi dalla Danimarca all'Italia siano arrivati addirittura 3 giorni prima del previsto, ma ci dispiace molto per il comportamento del corriere alla consegna. Lasciare i cartoni all'ingresso senza alcun aiuto e con maleducazione non è accettabile, e segnaleremo l'accaduto al partner di consegna locale.
Grazie per avercelo fatto sapere, e ci scusiamo ancora per l'ultimo tratto.

You are right that prices on some routes have gone up. Our rates include a fuel surcharge that follows the fuel prices our delivery partners pay, so when fuel goes up, shipping prices rise with it, and they come back down the same way. On time pick-up and delivery and a good price. Picked up on day that was specified.
Delivery on day that was estimated right after booking. And a competitive price. DPD was the forwarder in the end. I just wish there was updated info about the delivery day. And not just on the morning of delivery. We booked 2 more shipments the week after. All multiple parcel shipments.
