It is not 0 only because the guys from the costumer service have been extremely kind and helpful and the parcel finally arrived, otherwise considering it arrived after one month, without knowing in all this time where it was and what was happening, a non clear comunication system and all, would have been a 0. But I want to say again thank you to the customer service

Very content. Easy navigation to order the parcel, competitive price, constant updates on the parcel location. And when you start delivering to lockers in Latvia I'll be a loyal customer ;)
I had a lot of difficulties to sending the packet. I couldn't leave them in a locker, because it didn't accept the bar code and had to go to the head office of GLS.
