Too much good service
The service is good but with a couple of adjustments can be even better. First, having the possibility to choose a time for the pickup (at least morning-afternoon) would be great. Secondo, my pack stayed for 3 days in germany without any explanations. It arrived in the end, but a better communication can help

Terrible logistics. I paid for a 2-4 day delivery which turned into 9 days. It was an urgent delivery, so there were consequences that I had to take care of because of this. Terrible experience, don’t advertise something you can’t deliver.
