Great service, until it goes wrong. No support, so you are left alone. Email listed on the website doesn't work as you get a email back saying that: "Please note that this email address is no longer in use." Well it is listed on your website!!!... Pickup order canceled with no reason why, and to find out why... Well good luck, as they will not help, as there is no way to reach anyone. Sad :(

Out of the 30+ bookings you've made, only one was cancelled due to customer absence. For such cases, you’ll find options to Rebook Collection or Request a Refund by selecting the cancelled order under the My Orders section.
