Le carton est arrivé endommagé et le meuble a l intérieur complètement demoli. Le service client est injoignable et renvoie sur un formulaire inexistant. J avais pris une assurance supplémentaire. Et malgré de nombreuses photos a l appui, le remboursement du meuble n a pas été autorise. Aucun moyen d avoir un recours ou de parler avec le transporteur Je ne recommande pas Ecoparcel

quick delivery, boxes in good condition, smooth process of booking and scheduling the parcel, option to track the route. what i would improve is some contact with pick up person so 9-18 pickup window can be narrowed somehow. the rest was very good.
