Very competent company. Everything was perfect and fast.
Got my parcel delivered today after leaving it behind in bulgaria airport. The tracking was easy to follow and any emails I sent regarding same were answered very quickly. Also the price was very reasonable compared to other courier companies. Would highly recommend and would definitely use again.
La última vez que contrato un envío con Ecoparcel. He contratado un servicio de entrega Door2Door y han dejado el paquete en un punto de recogida. Ya es la segunda vez que tengo el mismo problema y la primera vez no obtuve ninguna explicación por parte del servicio al cliente.

Please kindly note that even when Door2Door delivery is selected, if we are unable to hand the parcel directly to the consignee, it will be left at the nearest parcelshop—provided one is located within a reasonable distance. Thank you for your understanding.
still a bit confusing
We sent two boxes, but they only received one!!!
