Good morning,
During the June you've booked only 3 parcel transportation, none of them were reported by the consignee as damaged, nor by you.
You've opened one ticket on 27th requesting an update for the collection time.
Please open a ticket for damaged order and we will look into it, as of now - we cannot accept this claim of damaged parcels, especially when we can only see 3 parcels booked to be transported.
You have no orders containing 18 parcels.
