I think that the company has a personal touch to it. I had an issue and even though there was no telephone contact, the emails I had prompt response through chat.
Shipment arrived which is what counts. But communication can be better - I selected door2door without printer and still had to attach my own labels, run to copyshop last minute… The tracking can also improve. But overall good experience
