When contacting us, make sure to select the correct category. As you've selected "Open a business account" and the request was related to the order that's in progress, the request went to the incorrect department.

The pick up was great in both countries, early and quick process. However the delivery to Spain took longer than expected as we tried to arrange for a collection point, which delayed the parcel 3 days! Other than that, it was a positive experience.
I recommend this website to everyone. I received my parcel very quickly for a cheap price. Overall, very good website and I'm very happy. I will always be using this website because it is safe. Thank you very much, Ecoparcel.
Always good and cheap
Be careful – the company refuses to help in any way with locating the package. No customer service, no phone number, no email – only a chat, which they eventually closed so I could no longer continue the conversation about the packages. I was absolutely shocked at how poorly the customer service was handled.

Regarding the delay you experienced, it occurred because the shipper did not label the parcels before handing them to the courier, despite selecting a service that requires label printing.

Colis endommagé, avec le tableau que j'avais fait livré et que j'avais beaucoup protégé, est maintenant brisé. J'ai cherché à faire marcher l'assurance de 100 euros, mais lorsque que j'ai contacté le support, j'ai eu la réponse d'une IA et depuis j'attends les messages pour échanger au sujet du remboursement. Je suis extrêmement déçu et j'espère qu'une solution sera trouvée très rapidement
