Great and timely service.
My experience with Ecoparcel has been extremely disappointing. The delivery was delayed without any clear explanation, and customer service was nearly impossible to reach. When I finally got a response, it was vague and unhelpful. My package was mishandled, and I received it in poor condition. I would not recommend this service to anyone looking for reliability or professionalism.

Parcel was taken as agreed, all on time - as per the expectations. Area for improvement: more live update on the status, in fact after parcel was handover to courier - for 4-5 days I had only 1 status available. Rest all is fine.
