I'm very unhappy with this shipment I took the price package from 3 - 5 days I paid a little bit more to be faster and took 11 days to reach it's destination IE-ES... more than double than expected. As a result we have to pay our employee days in which he/she was not working. We send on 11.07 and it was expected to come at some stage between 14 - 18 but until day 22 it didn't reach the recipient.
The parcel arrived and in reasonably good time via a DPD delivery. But the communication from eco parcel was not particularly good. I booked and paid for my package to be collected from Spain and everything went quiet - no confirmation, no contact. When I contacted them they said that the day I’d chosen wasn’t a valid day and I’d have to wait for someone to contact me. Actually thought at first it was a scam! It did come good but eco parcel please communicate better with your customers! The actual delivery was good but I felt I had my fingers crossed the whole time that it would work!
