Bought a cancellation protection and I cancelled the order but customer service is practically not existing and getting the money back not possible.

Almast 21 days from Rotterdam to Bergamo. No customer service, no message replay, no mail replay, no possibility to contact the company. Worst than that impossible!!! Never more

The delivery took five business days from the Netherlands to Italy. As the parcel was handed over to the courier late on Friday, it departed the Netherlands on the following Monday.
Additionally, we have thoroughly checked all our inboxes and could not find any messages from you or any correspondence related to this order.
