My parcel arrived damaged. When trying to submit a claim the web says 'no damage reported' and there is no email or phone listed on your website to contact support team directly!!!

All has gone very good. Only remark is the long time window from 8-18 for the picking up that you need to be at home. Delivery perfect as the pack left outside the door.

Good afternoon,
We regret to inform you that your parcel has been disposed of by Dutch customs. The shipment contained cigarettes, which are prohibited by law for import into the Netherlands. Unfortunately, in such cases, customs does not return the parcel or allow us to proceed with delivery.
We understand this may be disappointing, but we must comply with customs regulations.
