The package was picked up on the agreed day. However, there is no clarity on the time frame (except for between 09:00 and 18:00), which means the whole day you have to stay home, which is an inconvenience. The package was picked up in the late afternoon. Other than that the whole service worked great. Another point is that when I was estimating prices, it said 35eu per box, but when I logged in it was 40eu per box, which is just unfair advertising.
