Fast delivery and good shipping prices
Estás haciendo un buen trabajo. Enviar mi paquete fue muy fácil y sin problemas. Teniendo en cuenta las distancias, llegó rápido y fue más económico que con otras empresas de mensajería. Ya había enviado algo antes y fue rápido y barato también, así que esta vez igual. La ventaja de Locker to Locker es que también puedes recogerlo cuando te convenga.
The package arrived quickly and as promised.
The parcel itself arrived without any problems, but I did not get all the neccessary information form the support that I have contacted the day before. I lead me to confusion and a lot of anxiety.

Tracking numbers we are getting from GLS are not working. Even GLS does not recognize them.

The partners number is provided on the label itself, they work as indented, otherwise your parcels wouldn't receive tracking updates, you can even enter Ecoparcel Order ID directly in partners tracking system, they both work and provide latest tracking results:

Unfortunately the couriers they use in my case are very unstable and half of the times they don't pickup the package on the agreed date and I have to contact customer service.
