Parcel was delivered in 4 days
Parcels were collected fine but after that I had no updates on the shipping. I had no estimated delivery date and was only told on contacting customer services that there had been a delay. The boxes did arrive a week later somewhat damaged. Only positive was that they were taken and delivered directly to my apartment door and the labelling and order placement was pretty straightforward.
The service was fast. I was a bit concerned as the order status was not updated in real-time. However, my package reached its final destination ahead of time!

Parcel took a little longer route this time, but as an economical option I really didn't expect super quick delivery and am very happy and satisfied! I will use ecoparcel again in the future!
