precio muy competitivo sin duda plazo de entrega razonable el único problema en el caso de una entrega en Zagreb es que a pesar de tener con GLS servicio puerta puerta a mi hija le hicieron descargar la caja de 23 kilos de la furgoneta de reparto no se molestó ni siquiera en bajársela del camión lo cual no es aceptable en un servicio que es puerta a puerta
Inaffidabile. Ho pagato una tariffa door. To door e poi il destinatario ancora non sa dove sia il pacco. Una e-mail ha comunicato un tentativo di consegna senza successo cosa impossibile perché la persona era in casa. Non è stato comunicato in quale shop andare a ritirare il pacco. Quindi ecoparcel mai piu

Good afternoon,
Upon checking, we confirm that you are the shipper. The parcel was in transit for delivery; the delivery attempt, however, was unsuccessful because the courier was unable to reach the consignee.
The parcel has been left at a local parcel shop, and an email with the parcel shop details was sent on 08 October 2025 at 14:40 to the email address given for delivery (starting disa***@***.com).
Twice ordered a shipping and twice it arrived late. You can directly delete the 2-4 days international shipping
