Clear communication and pickup. It should be much more convenient to offer a smaller pickup time. The parcel was not picked up at the time they said. Much later. The delivery to Italy was correct en very fast!
Great and fast!
The service was good, the delivery was forwarded to GLS and they completed the process in 2 business days. There is a bit of delay to reach out to a human customer representative (~2-3h) and you can not do many operations online (i.e rescheduling the pick up/delivery or choosing a specific time window for delivery etc). Otherwise the rest of the service was smooth.
Transporation took 4 days
The delivery was delivered at the estimated dates.
