DPD left the package at the entrance without ringing the bell to announce the delivery, with all the robberies these days.. no words.. Also my package was opened and I did not receive any information or message notifying me or informing me of the reason.. I paid more than in previous years but received worse service, therefore I have no choice but to give you a bad rating.
Ticket #354652 - delayed for almost a week. No assistance. No replies from VINCENT assistant customer service. POOR QUALITY. Never again.

We can see confirmation and tracking logs showing that our delivery partner sent the recipient an email containing the parcel shop details and collection location information.
