The packages arrived when promised and in perfect condition. When the delivery person arrived with the packages, I wasn't home. I really appreciated him calling me to discuss what could be done with the boxes.

Please note that shipping wine and olive oil is prohibited using our standard services. These items require special delivery arrangements, and all goods must be palletised accordingly.
Placing wine bottles inside a cardboard box is insufficient and contravenes our Terms and Conditions, as well as our packaging guidelines.

Your parcel was not stored in the warehouse; it was being transferred between warehouses, which is why its status shows as “Inbound/Outbound.” Parcels may travel between different depots to ensure the most cost-efficient routing. We strive to maintain full transparency by updating your parcel’s current location at least once a day.
Additionally, as the parcel was large and of irregular dimensions, it was handled manually at the depot. This is why the status shows “Non-Conveyable,” meaning it could not be sorted by the automated conveyor systems.
