The GLS pick up person put the wrong stickers on the wrong boxes, so package A is in destination B and package B is in destination A. I wrote a message to support (Ticket#281867) and was told that I would be put through to an agent but I was not. Instead I received an email that my packages have been successfully received, but no next steps provided as to how to rectify the swap. Please reach out - tasha.andersen@gmail.com - and advise next steps.
