Ik weet , al 4 dagen,niet waar het pakket is, geen bericht ontvangen niets. Via de 'hulplijn' om hulp gevraagd en had gisteren al geleverd moeten worden. Ik wacht nog 1 dag anders ben ik genoodzaakt om het pakket nog een keer te versturen maar nu met een andere verzender.

The parcel was delivered to the selected parcel shop today, 13 Nov 2025 at 09:52. It can be collected at any time.
An SMS and email have been sent to the consignee using the provided contact details, including all necessary instructions on how to collect the parcel.
UPDATE: Communicated directly with the shipper, consignee indeed received the notifications and is on the way to collect the parcel.

I paid for delivery door to door but 2 out of three packages where recorded to have been delivered to a neighbor but, after complaints that no neighbors had my packages, they where found in a collecting point of the shipping company

We are very sorry about the confusion. The local courier in the Netherlands accidentally selected an incorrect delivery status. The human error has now been corrected, and the tracking information has been updated accordingly.

Smooth process, quick delivery!
I am writing this, after using their service several times. First, they delivered on time, I was delighted. Slowly, the quality of their service declined. Driver would show up after the agreed date, wouldn't call and In had to pay from my pocket a fee for flexible pickup time, which they never bothered to reimburse. From there, things went from bad to worse. They picked my parcel after two weeks of the established date. Two weeks! When you pay for a service, once you pay, you somehow expect that the other part keeps their end of the agreement. Imagine that I would pay 2 weeks late EcoParcel, after you delivered my stuff. Wouldn't be that a very good deal? For sure you wouldn't loose business, like I did, promising a the delivery time and under deliver by 2 weeks late. Maybe there are better companies out there, will avoid them for the foreseeable future.
