Todo perfecto, salvo que la entrega no se hizo en la puerta de la persona que recibía el envío. El mensajero dejó el paquete en el portal, por lo que quito una estrella, aunque no sea culpa de ecoparcel. Ya van dos veces que pasa con GLS, a ver si la próxima llaman a la puerta.
Parfait pour le prix et le transport MAIS : site internet confus, pas clair, compliqué et qui fonctionne très mal, pas intuitif, pas fiable Améliorez le site et vous serez parfaits. Je vais vous recommander.
Me han entregado un paquete con la caja cambiada (hay cinta que así lo indica), con varios artículos rotos y uno faltante y me indican como hacer la reclamación, pero a la hora de solicitarla no me dejan pues dicen que no es posible realizar la reclamación pues no hay paquetes dañados ni perdidos
