I think the service has gotten much worse and more expensive; now it takes several days longer to deliver the package, and this last time they didn't even bring it to my door as the service advertises, and I had to go and pick it up at a service point

Très déçue car suite à un problème de non enlèvement de mon colis il a été impossible de joindre Ecoparcel. Aucun service SAV, pas de réponse suite à mes mails et ticket ouvert sur le site.
