I was double charged. No reply from the customer service rep as of this writing. The service became worst. Not the same service I used to get.

An apology first. On 5 August you were told the payments team would review this
and confirm in writing. Nobody came back to you, and you had to chase twice.
That shouldn't have happened, and I'm sorry it did.
I've gone through every movement on your card. Here is the full sequence for
booking 96KGKK:
28 July EUR 46.85 charged for the booking
29 July EUR 40.85 returned to your card when the parcel was refunded, with a EUR 6.00 cancellation fee kept back
4 August the parcel went back into delivery after the cancellation was reversed
5 August EUR 46.85 charged to cover the parcel now going ahead
The 5 August charge was not a second payment for the same booking, and it wasn't
a surcharge for weight or dimensions. It was our system collecting again after
the earlier refund, because your shipment resumed.
Your parcel was collected in Spain on 4 August and delivered in France on 10 August at 10:56.
