The service is good. They come to pick up the parcel from your doorstep and deliver it to the destination. It usually takes 10 days to deliver your package. Overall, the service is good and nice
After our package disappeared after pickup, Ecoparcel has not helped at all to find it. They did not answer any questions via their online support and did not provide any feedback on returning their service fee or the insurance amount. Worst service ever! Never use this company again.
