I am very disappointed with how my case has been handled. I paid €41 for shipping, my parcel was damaged, and despite several tickets I still have no clear answer. I asked for the damaged parcel to be delivered and for a refund so I could resend it, but both requests were ignored. My tickets were marked as “solved” without any real resolution. After more than a month, I still don’t know what happened to my parcel. This level of support is unacceptable, and I expect a clear and urgent response.
