Very poor and unreliable service. The courier never showed up for collection on two separate occasions, yet EcoParcel marked the attempts as unsuccessful without any proof. No calls, no messages, no accountability. Customer support was unhelpful and refused a refund for a service that was never provided, hiding behind excuses about “rebooking.” This company cannot be trusted — avoid if you don’t want to lose your money.

La recogida del pedido en el día que dijeron, de España a Dinamarca menos de una semana. Lo único malo es que el envío llegó con la caja exterior rota y algunos artículos abiertos, pero no parece que faltase nada.
