The parcel arrived in perfect conditions and the locker to locker service is very convenient. However, it was said that the delivery time was 2-4 days, after I paid it showed immediately that the item was going to be delievered after 10 days
Customer support is nonexistent. The package was delivered 5 km away from the place I picked, in an area with no public transport. I chose that location because the recipient doesn't have a car, and what did they propose? "Ask him to drive and pick it up; it's just 10 minutes."😂🤡

The delivery was about 5 days late to compare with the inicially planned one. Also, one of the packages was saying that it was already delivered and it was only couple days after. Nobody answered the message I have sent to support. From 4 packages I sent, 2 went perfectly well, and I had issues with the other two.
