I waited a very long time for the delivery, and when the package finally arrived, the Spanish courier refused to help carry it upstairs, even though he had a trolley with him. I am a petite woman living alone, and it was very difficult for me to carry such a heavy package to the second floor by myself. On top of that, the courier was not gentle or considerate in his behavior.
