Servizio orrendo e scarso, pagato per il ritiro del 23/12, il pacco consegnato al corriere, il 24/12 per non di sa quale motivo il mio ritiro viene annullato ed il corriere ( che mi conosce da anni) mi chiama che il pacco non può partire più perché l'etichetta non è valida più, dopo le feste il corriere mi riporta il pacco, ricevo un rimborso parziale, riprenoto il ritiro il 29/12, il pacco parte e invece di essere consegnato il 07/01 come da etichetta viene consegnato il 09/01, faccio tutto presente al servizio clienti ma non ho mai ricevuto alcuna risposta, servizio pessimo, evitate, poca serietà e poco interesse per il cliente
La plataforma y el sercio de España no tengo ningún problema,en Rumania si.Yo pague por recojer a mi puerta de casa y llevarlo en Rumania en la puerta del destinatario cosas que no pa pasado ni con el primer paquete ni con el segundo.
