Parcel was initially declared as lost, then delivered 3 weeks later than expected. No way to contact the customer service by phone and only chatbot replies to emails. Poor info and follow up on the status of the delivery. Very disappointing service.

A la semana de recoger el paquete, y cobrarlo, ponen en el seguimiento cancelado, sin dar ninguna explicación. Atención al cliente no soluciona nada. Si todo va bien, vale, pero si hay un problema no hay solución

I didn’t receive any tracking updates when the package left the origin country, nor any delivery date or estimated time. The package was then delivered to a different location, and I received no information about where, only an email stating it was delivered successfully.
