Experiencia extremadamente decepcionante con Ecoparcel. Tras surgir un problema con un envío, la empresa dejó directamente de responder a mis correos electrónicos. No hay ningún canal real de atención al cliente: ni respuestas, ni teléfono, ni seguimiento. El paquete fue devuelto sin que ni el remitente ni el destinatario fuéramos notificados en ningún momento, y aun así ahora pretenden cobrarme gastos adicionales de devolución por un error que no es mío. Esto demuestra una total falta de profesionalidad, transparencia y responsabilidad hacia el cliente. Escribo esta reseña para advertir a otras personas: cuando surge un problema, Ecoparcel desaparece y te deja completamente solo. No lo recomiendo en absoluto.

I admire that you provide the cheapest parcel service but try not to make your customer service, satisfaction cheap as well! While picking up my 8 boxes, delivery boys didn't leave the vehicle & at the drop location, they didn't even ring the bell to inform they have arrived!! Rather left all those boxes unattended on a rainy day in Brugge. I came to know there were 8 big boxes of parcel outside the house on road by email notification.
