Sur 12 colis envoyés ces derniers mois de la France vers la Suède, 11 sont arrivés à destination et je suis satisfaite du service. Par contre un colis collecté le 1er décembre 2025 est déclaré livré alors qu'il est toujours géolocalisé en France .Les recherches sont en cours ....

It’s a disgrace, they scam you. You pay and they process wrong your order, then they cancel it and they charge to rebook it or if you ask for the refund. When you have a problem they don’t read your messages and takes ages to reply. Also there is no way of contacting them because of the lame service they offer
Questa volta super soddisfatta, il pacco consegnato all'estero in meno di 48 ore. Forse sarà il fatto che il corriere questa volta non era più GLS, che mi ha creato 9 volte su 10 sempre problemi con la consegna, a tal punto che dopo anni che spedisco solo con voi, ero quasi decisa di non spedire più con Ecoparcel, ma questa volta il servizio svolto da BRT/DPD mi ha sorpreso davvero positivamente.

Good communication and fast expedition. I don’t give 5 stars because when you start doing the order they show you the price WITHOUT TAXES , then when you are finishing the purchase, all of a sudden they add taxes and the final price is different from the initial one.
Fantastic, on the time with delivery as promised. Box is in implacable condition. Price more then reasonable. Thank you.
