My Tickets are continuously being ignored, and marked as closed or solved when I try to reach out. My parcel has been lost after a failed delivery, and my claim for compensation was denied (without me being told at first), and I have made an appeal and also requested a refund for the service, which is currently being ignored. In a response to my TrustPilot review you claim the recipient of my parcel should have received communication that there was a failed delivery and that the parcel was delivered to a parcel shop, but my mom who was the recipient, received no such communication at all. So we were both completely unaware that the parcel was at a parcel shop and needed to be collected. I thought there was simply a delay in the delivery since we had not been contacted at all, but when I finally logged in to check where my parcel was, and I could see the failed delivery, the parcel was already lost.
I am incredibly grateful to Simon for his kindness, expertise, and helpfulness. He helped me so much and showed infinite patience
