I was at the address all day, but the delivery person didn’t collect the order. They later claimed that no one was home, which is absurd. I didn’t receive any calls asking what happened. I had to cancel the order because they were unable to change any of the order details. To do that, I would have had to place a new order and still pay a cancellation fee. This is unacceptable.
fue horrible experiencia, me mandaron a llevar un paquete de 20kg a un locker para cartas, tuve que transportar la caja gigante en taxi y luego volverme con ella a casa porque la página web me envio allí a llevarla, luego nadie se hizo responsable de lo que pasó y tardaron más de una semana en devolverme el dinero y además tuve que pagar cuota de cancelación cuando la culpa no fue mía
