The delivery was fine, however the courier came one day later to pick the parcel up and did not give a call on the day of the delivery (which was not really on time) and as I was not at home he left it to a shop.

I have ordered 5 Parcels on the last 4 years and I am really glad with Ecoparcel service. Really good prices, always on time, Boxes received always in good conditions and I can follow my order with the app with no problems. I will continue using Ecoparcel for sure! Great Job!

I have used Ecoparcel 3 times so far and every time the pickup and delivery has been really fast, plus you can't beat that price! Excellent service, will be surely using it again!

The service was cheap compared to other couriers and fast too. Personally, I would reccomend it to everyone and I would use it again!

I sent a 26 kg parcel on a Friday from England and it got to its destination (Spain) on a Wednesday - quicker than I expected! You know where your parcel is at any moment because it is possible to track your order on the web page. Also, they send you emails to keep you updated (when the parcel was collected, when it is out for delivery, etc.) I will definitely use Ecoparcel again! I100% recommendable :)

I am very satisfied with the service. However, the contact with people who delivered the parcel took several days but at the end everything worked smoothly. Thanks a lot!

I spent two days at home waiting for the collection and finally my boxes were collected delayed one day at 18:30, so imagine if you asked at work for two days off (non paid). Finally both of my parcels arrived ok. I contacted customer service about the delay on the collection but they only apologised. I would recommend people to have that in mind, as they say they will collect your parcel next day but it can be easily in two days (two wasted days of your time). Regretfully, next time I will look for another company.

The package had obviously been bashed - the paper covering the parcel had been ripped. I expected more from a service that cost me nearly €25 for a relatively small package (42 x 18 x 12 cm, 1 kg).

My package was delivered on time and I got updates of parcel status to my mail continuously. And the price was under 1/4 of other bigger companies. They are a web-based parcel company, i.e you can´t call customer service, but that is part of why they are so much cheaper than the bigger courier companies. I contacted them through their facebook page, and got a very good service and information.
