Everything went on as advertised. The pick-up occurred at the specified time, I managed to track the parcels during the whole process and it was even possible to change the address to a gls shop. It all happened during the foreseen delivery time and my parcels arrived undamaged. It was perfect.
I really liked your service, it was apsolutelly accurate. I would be more happy if you could give me the exact time when the collection and the delivery wil be, because I can't sit home all day and waiting for the driver. Especially if I have to go to work. Thank you.
great, not too troublesome but i think it was unnecessary to confirm once again the pickup of the parcel to DB Schenker the very same morning of the pickup
