Second time of asking and have not been let down
The delivery time has been as said by the company; in four working days since collection I have received my parcels at home. The price is unbeatable for big packages.
Is the third time I use Ecoparcel to send me things from Spain to UK. It always arrives in less than a week and in excellent condition.
The parcel arrived on time and was easily traceable. The pick up was also smooth and efficient. The only thing which can be changed is to give a call or a headsup of a approximate time of parcel pick up as my fiance had to miss an entire day's work waiting for the guy to pick up the parcel. It would be easier to schedule the day if you know when exactly to be home. Otherwise everything was perfect, I would recommend it to everyone.

Shipped with them several times and always the service was great. One tiny issue would be that the drivers or the collectors don't call before coming to pick up the packages - a bit more specificity towards the time of pick-up or delivery would be great.
My parcel was collected Friday Midday and arrived in Angleterre Tuesday morning 10 oclock. very happy.
